Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the refund and cancellation process at Nevada Helmos Apartments.


1. Cancellation by Guest

  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund (if payment was made).
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in may receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable.

Refund timelines depend on payment channels used.


2. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to show up without prior notice:

  • Booking will be marked as No-Show
  • No refund will be issued

3. Early Departure

If a guest decides to leave before the scheduled check-out date:

  • Remaining nights are non-refundable
  • Exceptions may apply for emergencies

4. Cancellation by Nevada Helmos

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to:

  • Safety issues
  • Technical problems
  • Property maintenance

In such cases:

  • Guests will receive a full refund
  • Or be offered an alternative date (if available)

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days after approval.


6. Modification of Dates

Guests may request a date change subject to:

  • Availability
  • Rate adjustments
  • Minimum notice period (48 hours)
